With over two decades of experience living in and co-creating intentional communities across the U.S. and Latin America, Chris brings deep expertise in collective visioning, group facilitation, and regenerative development. He has played active roles in decision-making bodies and guided values-aligned groups through complex community dynamics. He currently owns and operates a regenerative coffee farm in Costa Rica and brand (Cafe y Amor), offering tours and a rental accommodation onsite. Chris’s leadership includes co-directing permaculture-based retreat centers that integrate ecological design, holistic living, and land stewardship. His work is rooted in purpose, collaboration, and resilience—creating thriving, land-based  projects that honor both people and place.

Gwen specializes in aligning diverse teams around bold goals, with a focus on equity, sustainability, and long-term impact. With a background in leading enterprise-level initiatives, she is a seasoned leader and organizational strategist who brings a rare blend of operational acumen, creative vision, and values-based decision-making. Gwen has successfully led multiple multimillion-dollar programs and projects in the public education sector—from inception and budgeting to staffing, stakeholder engagement, progress monitoring, and implementing data-informed course corrections. She leads by
