Rooted Living. Regenerative Future.
Welcome to ConTierra. This isn’t just a place to live—it’s a way to live. Based in Pueblo Nuevo, Costa Rica, our eco-subdivision specializes in regenerative economics solutions that foster sustainable growth and community resilience. The project is designed to restore ecological health, promote circular economies, and empower local stakeholders. By integrating innovative practices and traditional knowledge, we help transform agricultural, business, and community systems for long-term prosperity.

The Project
A regenerative riverside mountain subdivision in Pueblo Nuevo where nature, culture, and community thrive together, ConTierra creates a place where your home does more than shelter you—it nourishes you, connects you, and helps regenerate the land around you.
Rooted in values like ecological integrity, community reciprocity, and right livelihood, ConTierra has 25 one-hectare (2.47 acre) homesites with riverside lots, mountain views, and hiking trails.
Unique amenities such as rental cabins for your guests, a spring-fed wellness bathhouse (with sauna and cold plunge), commercial kitchen with grab and go deli, CSA food delivery, and forest preserves for hiking and wildlife enhance your experience.
You’ll join a vibrant mix of neighbors: remote workers, wellness practitioners, conscious families, and local craftspeople. This is not a gated expat bubble community, it’s a robust ecosystem.
Living here, you're contributing to affordable housing for local families, forest conservation, and a lifestyle that prioritizes wellness, balance, and stewarship. You’ll eat from the land, walk the trails, and be part of something deeply rooted and globally relevant.
Lots will be available starting next year. We’re taking early inquiries now. Whether you’re looking for your next home, a seasonal retreat, or a base to launch a new chapter - ConTierra is ready for you. Let’s build something meaningful together.
Our Purpose, Our Path, Our Promise
Mission
To regenerate land, uplift communities, and cultivate wellbeing by creating an eco-integrated subdivision that harmonizes nature, culture, economy, and appropriate technology.
We design spaces that nourish the human spirit, restore ecosystems, and
empower local livelihoods through holistic land development, regenerative agriculture, wellness experiences, inclusive housing models, and the use of appropriate technologies that support ecological balance and human-scale living.
Vision
To become a living model of regenerative development that strengthens local economies, restores ecosystems, and inspires a global shift toward conscious living and place-based resilience.
We envision thriving communities rooted in ecological stewardship, regenerative economics, and inclusive education—where people live in harmony with nature, support one another’s wellbeing, and share knowledge that empowers future generations.
Core Values
1. Regenerative EconomicsWe reject extractive systems in favor of economic models rooted in reciprocity, resilience, and place.
Our approach gives back more than it takes—circulating value through fair wages, cooperative structures, local reinvestment, and the wisdom of natural cycles. We build wealth that stays rooted, defines success beyond profit, and strengthens the ecosystems and communities we depend on.
2. Community Reciprocity
We are not outsiders building for a place—we are co-creators building with it.
Our project emerges in conversation with the local community, culture, and economy. We prioritize local hiring, source regionally, and listen actively. Through shared ownership models, skill-sharing, and participatory design, we cultivate mutual respect, belonging, and long-term benefit for those who call this region home.
3. Ecological Integrity
We design with nature, not against it—placing ecosystems at the heart of every decision.
From site layout to building materials, energy systems to water use, every choice is made to regenerate rather than deplete. We protect wildlife corridors, honor native species, and integrate permaculture, biophilia, and watershed consciousness into the living fabric of our community.
4. Right Livelihood
We believe everyone deserves to thrive through meaningful, dignified work.
We provide fair compensation, safe working conditions, and opportunities for education, ownership, and advancement. Our rent-to-own housing for local workers and support for artisan trades reflect our belief that work should be not only sustainable—but soul-nourishing and secure.
5. Transparency & Trust
We hold ourselves accountable to the land, our partners, and our future residents.
From financial stewardship to community dialogue, we operate with radical transparency. Clear communication, shared decision-making, and consistent follow-through are the foundation of our culture—because trust is our most valuable and renewable asset.
